The Guarantee Engineer Clause Samples

The "Guarantee Engineer" clause designates a specific individual or entity responsible for ensuring that certain technical or performance guarantees are met within a project. Typically, this clause outlines the qualifications, duties, and authority of the Guarantee Engineer, such as overseeing compliance with technical standards, certifying completion of works, or addressing defects. By clearly assigning responsibility, the clause helps ensure accountability for meeting contractual guarantees and provides a clear point of contact for resolving related issues, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
