The Fund's Notices to the Paying Agent. Whenever any Preferred Shares are to be redeemed, the Fund promptly shall deliver to the Paying Agent a Notice of Redemption, which will be mailed by the Paying Agent to each Holder within one business day of receipt. The Paying Agent shall have no responsibility to confirm or verify the accuracy of any such Notice.
