Common use of THE FINANCE PARTIES Clause in Contracts

THE FINANCE PARTIES. (a) The Mortgagor consents to any assignment, transfer, novation or sub-participation of a Finance Document under a Finance Document. (b) Any reference in this Deed to a Finance Party includes a new Finance Party under any Finance Document. (c) Any new Finance Party under any Finance Document shall enter into and deliver an accession deed substantially in the form of Schedule 5 (Form of Accession Deed) to this Deed in the capacity stated in such accession deed.
