The Final Order. The Company shall, in consultation with SPAC, take all steps reasonably necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and shall diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to Section 192 of the CBCA as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than five (5) Business Days after the date on which the Company Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Shareholders Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.
