Common use of The Facility Agent Clause in Contracts

The Facility Agent. (on behalf of itself, the other Finance Parties, the Borrower and all other parties to the Finance Documents) confirms the novation effected by this Substitution Certificate pursuant to and for the purposes of clause 23.1 of the Facility Agreement so as to take effect in accordance with the terms thereof.

The Facility Agent. (on behalf of itself, the other Finance Parties, the Primary Borrower and all other parties to the Finance DocumentsAgreement) confirms the novation effected by this Substitution Certificate pursuant to and for the purposes of clause 23.1 16.5 of the Facility Agreement so as to take effect in accordance with the terms thereofof such clause 16.5.
