The Easygenerator Service. The “Service” includes: a) the SaaS application related to your account b) the website and web shop (my account pages) c) the (optional) hosting of the learning content for your learners d) the (optional) tracking and tracing database for the results of your learners e) our built-in support and online help This Agreement overrules the End User License Agreement (“▇▇▇▇”) and Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) published on the website of Easygenerator or displayed to the user when they log in. Any new features added to or augmenting the Service, that the Customer accepts, are also subject to the terms of this Agreement.
