The Disclosed Accounts. (i) were properly prepared from the records of the Business and, so far as the Sellers are aware, do not contain any material inaccuracies; and (ii) and properly reflect the position regarding revenue and affiliate commissions of the Business which relate to the Domain Names and the Business Contract at the date to which they are made up.
