The Deferred Payment Sample Clauses

The Deferred Payment. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof and the other Financing Documents, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to permit ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to defer the payment of the Deferred Payment as provided herein. Obligor shall repay any unpaid portion of the Deferred Payment in full at Maturity. If the Deferred Payment and Note are accelerated pursuant to any of the provisions of this Agreement or of the Security Instruments, all outstanding principal, interest, fees, costs and other amounts due under this Agreement, the Note or any Security Instrument shall be immediately paid by Obligor to Obligee, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any relevant Security Instrument.
