Common use of The Customs Clause in Contracts

The Customs. Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program of the United States Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”), the Authorized Economic Operator for Security (“EU AEO”) program of the European Union, the Canadian “Partners in Protection” (PIP) and similar programs (herein collectively and individually referred to as “Program(s)”) are designed to improve the security of shipments in international trade.
