Common use of The County’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

The County’s Obligations. (a) Facilities Equipment, Collections, Records, Files and Data. The County shall make available to LS&S without charge, solely for LS&S's use in performing the Services, all properties, facilities, equipment, collections, records, files and data used or useful in the operation of the Library that are in the County’s possession, custody or control as of the date hereof. The County reserves all ownership rights in such properties and LS&S shall return such properties to the County, ordinary wear and tear excepted, at the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
