Common use of The County agrees to Clause in Contracts

The County agrees to. up to $6,000,000.00 (six million dollars) in ARPA funds to purchase, improve, and furnish real property in support of accomplishing the Purposes of the YFCRC. For purposes of this Agreement, the purchased, improved, and furnished real property, including the personal property utilized as furnishings, may be referred to as the YFCRC Site.
