The Contractor undertakes to grant to Sample Clauses

The Contractor undertakes to grant to the Customer its consent with potential assignment of rights and obligations arising from this Contract and relating to the warranties to the transferee of the Supply should the Customer transfer the title to the Supply to a third person during the course of the warranty period.
