The Contract Assets. The rights of the Issuer with respect to the representations and warranties that are made by the Originator in the Purchase and Contribution Agreement and each Assignment Agreement as of each Acquisition Date have been assigned by the Issuer to the Trustee pursuant to the terms hereof, and the Issuer is not aware of any inaccuracy in any such representations and warranties except for such inaccuracies as have been provided in writing to the Trustee.
