Common use of The Computer System Clause in Contracts

The Computer System. (a) is not wholly or partly dependent on any facilities which are not under the exclusive ownership or control of the Company; (b) has been and is being properly and regularly maintained and replaced and has the benefit of appropriate maintenance and support agreements; (c) has the capacity and is of a suitable technical specification necessary to fulfil the present and foreseeable requirements of the business of the Company; and (d) comprises all computer hardware, firmware, software (including source code and object code) manuals, supporting materials and accessories which are necessary to enable the Company to carry on business.
