The Comptroller. The Comptroller shall have responsibility for the accounting procedures and practices of the Corporation and shall keep or cause to be kept at the principal office of the corporation, and shall be responsible for the keeping of, correct financial records of the business and transactions of the Corporation and at all reasonable times shall exhibit such record to any of the directors of the Corporation upon application at the office of the Corporation where such records are kept. He shall also perform all the duties incident to the office of Comptroller and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the Board of Directors, the President or the Vice President.
The Comptroller. The Comptroller shall have control over all accounts and records of the Corporation pertaining to moneys, properties, materials and supplies. At the request of the Comptroller, or in his or her absence or inability to act, the Assistant Comptroller or, if there be more than one, the Assistant Comptroller designated by the Comptroller, shall perform the duties of the Comptroller and when so acting shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions of the Comptroller. The Assistant Comptrollers shall perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to them by the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President, or Comptroller.
