The Commitment and the Advances. 2.1 Agreement to lend The Lenders, relying upon each of the representations and warranties in Clause 7, agree to lend by way of loan to the Borrowers upon and subject to the terms of this Agreement the principal sum of up to Dollars ninety five million ($95,000,000) as set forth in Clause 1.1. The obligation of each Lender under this Agreement shall be to contribute that proportion of each Advance which, as at the Drawdown Date of such Advance, its Commitment bears to the Total Commitment.
