The CDI Corp Clause Samples

The CDI Corp. Board of Directors’ Stock Option Committee, pursuant to the authority granted to it under the CDI Corp. 2004 Omnibus Stock Plan, as amended (the “Plan”) hereby grants to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (the “Optionee”) an option (the “Option” when reference is made to the right to purchase some or all of the Shares) to purchase shares of CDI Corp. common stock (the “Shares” when reference is made to all or a portion of the shares subject to the Option), according to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan.
