The Book. Entry Depositary shall forward to the Company or its agents such information from its records as the Company may reasonably request to enable the Company or its agents to file necessary reports with governmental agencies, and the Book-Entry Depositary, the Company or its agents may (but shall not be required to) file any such reports necessary to obtain benefits under any applicable tax treaties for the Depository or beneficial owners of Book-Entry Interests.
