Common use of The Bank is liable Clause in Contracts

The Bank is liable. 5.1.4.1.1. To open the Current Account to the Client after the Client has fulfilled all the conditions specified in clause 5.1.1.1 of this Agreement, and the Bank has approved Banking Services Application submitted by the Client in the manner specified in this Agreement; 5.1.4.1.2.
