Common use of The Authorized Representative Clause in Contracts

The Authorized Representative. on behalf of the Authority, has and had full power and authority to execute and deliver each of the Program Documents which are to be executed and delivered by or on behalf of the Authority on the Effective Date and perform under each of the Program Documents to which the Authority is a party. Any agreement, certificate or request signed by or on behalf of any Authorized Representative of the Authority and delivered to the Trustee or the Lender shall be deemed a representation and warranty by the Authority to the Lender as to the truth, accuracy and completeness of the statements made by the Authority therein.
