THE ASSIGNMENT AND ACCEPTANCE. Assignor hereby unconditionally forever assigns and transfers to the Assignee, or a subsidiary company of the Assignee, all of Assignor’s right, title and interest in and to the License Agreement and all obligations, benefits and advantages conferred or derived therefrom exclusively for and in relation to the Territory returned to therein.
