Common use of The Articles Clause in Contracts

The Articles. If, whilst this Agreement is in force, during the continuance of this Agreement there shall be any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Articles or of the articles of association of any company in the Group, then during such period the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute an amendment of the Articles or of the articles of association of any company in the Group or of any previous articles of association of the Company or of any company in the Group.
