Common use of The Affiliated Transferee Clause in Contracts

The Affiliated Transferee. (i) agrees that the Stock acquired by the Transferee, and any Stock acquired by the Affiliated Transferee in the future, shall be bound by and subject to the terms of the Agreement, and (ii) hereby adopts the Agreement with the same force and effect as if the Affiliated Transferee were originally a party thereto; and
