Common use of The Administrative Agent; the Agents Clause in Contracts

The Administrative Agent; the Agents. (a) Each of the Lenders hereby irrevocably appoints the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as its agent and authorizes the Administrative Agent to take such actions on its behalf and to exercise such powers as are delegated to the Administrative Agent by the terms hereof and of the other Loan Documents, together with such actions and powers as are reasonably incidental thereto. Without limiting the foregoing, each Lender hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to execute and deliver, and to perform its obligations under, each of the Loan Documents to which the Administrative Agent is a party, to exercise all rights, powers and remedies that the Administrative Agent may have under such Loan Document.
