The ADEA. The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”) is a federal statute prohibiting discrimination on the basis of age in connection with employment, benefits and benefit plans. Your signature on this Agreement is your acknowledgement that you understand you are waiving, releasing and forever giving up any claims under the ADEA, as well as all other claims that you may have against the Released Parties at the time you sign this Agreement.
