Common use of The Acquisition Clause in Contracts

The Acquisition. At the Closing, each Owner shall sell to Acquisition Sub and Acquisition Sub shall purchase from each Owner that number of shares of Common Stock of the General Partner and the limited partnership interests in the Company as set forth opposite their respective names in Exhibit A hereto in exchange for the consideration set forth opposite their respective names in Exhibit A hereto.
