that U. S. Remodelers has full and complete title to the Products subject only to the rights of the Accountholder which exist by virtue of the Account;
(1) that there have been no representations or warranties made to the Accountholder which are not contained in the sales slip other than U.S. Remodelers' standard warranties; and in the event U.S. Remodelers breaches a standard warranty, U.S. Remodelers will cure the breach within thirty (30) calendar days of notice of the breach;

S. businesses that the Corporation invests in operate in compliance with applicable marijuana-related licensing requirements and the regulatory framework enacted by the applicable U.S. State; and (c) that to the best of its knowledge, after due inquiry, that U.S. customers or suppliers with which the Corporation transacts in cannabis products are licensed pursuant to applicable State law.
that U. S. Long-Short Fund shall have received a certificate from the President or any Vice President and the Secretary or any Assistant Secretary of International Trust, on behalf of Global Long-Short Fund, to the effect that the statements contained in the Prospectus, at the time the Prospectus became effective and at the date of the signing of this Plan, did not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading.
