TFFR Sample Clauses
TFFR. The School District will contribute to the Teachers Fund for Retirement as required by state law (School District 10.75% and Teacher 9.75%). Starting in 2014-15, the school district shall pay 2% of the teachers’ portion of the Teachers Fund for Retirement required by state law (School District 14.75% and Teacher 9.75%).
TFFR. The ▇▇▇▇▇ Public School District will utilize 15-39.1-09 so as to tax shelter the teacher’s portion of the assessments sent to TFFR.
TFFR. The Solen School District will pay in full, each licensed teacher’s obligation to the North Dakota Teachers Fund for Retirement (TFFR).
