Textiles. If this Purchase Order includes textiles, then: (a) Seller hereby guarantees that any Textile Fiber Products specified herein are not misbranded nor falsely nor deceptively advertised or invoiced under the provisions of the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act and rules and regulations thereunder.
