Text Message Service. You may be able to request the Servicer to send certain messages to you (for example, account alerts) via SMS text message. SMS text functionality will depend on your phone, your data package, and your plan. If you sign up for the text message service, you agree to pay (without reimbursement from us) any fees or charges you may incur for any text messages you receive from us for from the Servicer. In addition, we will not be liable for any messages that you do not receive or experience a delay in receiving.
