Text Message Overage Sample Clauses

Text Message Overage. Customer shall pay an overage charge of $ XXXXX per Text Message for the number of domestic Text Messages sent in a month in excess of the Text Message Allowance. The “Text Message Allowance” is the product of multiplying the number XXXXX by the total number of active units in the measured month.
