Texas Contract. This Agreement and each Warrant issued hereunder shall be deemed to be a contract made under the laws of the State of Texas and for all purposes shall be construed in accordance with the laws of said state.
Texas Contract. The Parties agree that this Agreement constitutes a contract to be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to the laws of any other location. The Parties agree that they shall be subject to Texas jurisdiction (including, as applicable, either a Texas state or federal court in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Texas or a duly appointed arbitrator) for any action to enforce this Agreement or to remedy any breach of this Agreement.
Texas Contract. THIS NOTE SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A CONTRACT MADE UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, AND FOR ALL PURPOSES SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF SAID STATE.
