Testing Group Size Sample Clauses

Testing Group Size. Through a process to be directed by the Trustees, one-twelfth (1/12) of fifty percent (50%) of the total Non-DOT population of Participant Employees, excluding the clerical exempt employees, if any, determined at the beginning of each month, will be randomly drug tested under the Program, monthly. No Participant Employee will be randomly drug tested more than twice during the Fund’s fiscal year.
