Testing Compliance Clause Samples
The Testing Compliance clause establishes the requirement for parties to adhere to specified testing procedures or standards related to a product, service, or process. Typically, this clause outlines the types of tests to be conducted, the frequency or timing of such tests, and the responsible parties for performing and documenting the results.
