Testing, Changes and Controls. 72.6.1 The Recorded Usage Data, EMI format, content, and transmission process shall be tested as agreed upon by CLEC and Embarq. 72.6.2 Control procedures for all usage transferred between Embarq and CLEC shall be available for periodic review. This review may be included as part of an Audit of Embarq by CLEC or as part of the normal production interface management function. Breakdowns which impact the flow of usage between Embarq and CLEC must be identified and jointly resolved as they occur. The resolution may include changes to control procedures, so similar problems would be avoided in the future. Any changes to control procedures would need to be mutually agreed upon by CLEC and Embarq.
