Testing, Changes and Controls. 54.8.1 The Recorded Usage Data format, content, and transmission process shall be tested as agreed upon by CLEC and Brightspeed. 54.8.2 Control procedures for all usage transferred between Brightspeed and CLEC shall be available for periodic review and errors must be identified and jointly resolved as they occur. The resolution may include changes to control procedures, so similar problems would be avoided in the future. Any changes to control procedures would need to be mutually agreed upon by CLEC and Brightspeed.
