Common use of TESTING AND SERVICE Clause in Contracts

TESTING AND SERVICE. Deliver or permit any Permitted Sublessee to deliver possession of the Aircraft, Airframe, any Engine or any Part to the manufacturer thereof or, to the extent permitted by Section B of Annex C, to any third-party maintenance provider, for testing, service, repair, maintenance or overhaul work on the Aircraft, Airframe, any Engine or any Part, or, to the extent required or permitted by the terms of Section D of Annex C, for alterations or modifications in or additions to the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine, it being understood that, with respect to Engines and Parts, delivery may be accomplished by transport on licensed or bonded common carriers qualified in the shipping and transport of such items.
