Testing and Security Sample Clauses

Testing and Security. Seller has not concealed or intentionally withheld from Buyer any material documentation relating to the testing of the Seller Products, or any plans and specifications for Seller Products currently under development by Seller; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not be construed as a representation or warranty that Seller has made available all such documentation, plans or specifications to Buyer. Seller has a policy and procedure for tracking material bugs, errors and defects of which it becomes aware in any Seller Products, and maintains a database covering the foregoing.
