Executor means any executor, administrator or other person administering the estate of a deceased person;
Administrators means each of David Friedman and Mark Wendel, solely in such Person's capacity as Administrator of the Trust continued hereunder and not in such Person's individual capacity, or such Administrator's successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor appointed as herein provided.
Gift means any gratuity, discount, entertainment, hospitality, loan, forbearance, or other tangible or intangible item having monetary value including, but not limited to, cash, food and drink, and honoraria for speaking engagements related to or attributable to government employment or the official position of an officer or employee.
Guardian in respect of a Minor shall mean the person(s) appointed as the guardian(s) under or acting by virtue of the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance (Cap 13. of the Laws of Hong Kong).
Contestant means an individual who participates in a contest.
Heir means, except as controlled by section 2720, a person, including the surviving spouse or the state, that is entitled under the statutes of intestate succession to a decedent's property.
Family Members means, as to a Person that is an individual, such Person’s spouse, ancestors, descendants (whether by blood or by adoption or step-descendants by marriage), brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and inter vivos or testamentary trusts (whether revocable or irrevocable) of which only such Person and his or her spouse, ancestors, descendants (whether by blood or by adoption or step-descendants by marriage), brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews are beneficiaries.
Descendant of an individual means all of the individual's descendants of all generations, with the relationship of parent and child at each generation being determined by the definition of child and parent contained in this section.
Guardianship means, for the purposes of permanency planning, a dependency guardianship, a legal guardianship pursuant to chapter 11.88 RCW, or equivalent laws of another state or a federally recognized Indian Tribe. RCW 13.34.145
Attestation means a Transfer Certificate or Certification by Seller as the Certification Authority in form and substance as agreed to by the Parties separate and apart from the Product Order, examples of which for voluntary and potentially other Applicable Programs is attached as Exhibit C and D.
Donation means voluntary contributions in money or in kind (including goods or services etc.) to individuals or charitable entities (such as foundations, associations and other nonprofit organizations); universities and other schools; and other private or public legal entities or organizations etc. to advocate a philanthropic cause, serve the public interest and help achieve a social goal, without a consideration received in return.
Kinship guardianship means a relationship established in accordance with § 63.2-1305 between a child and an adult relative of the child who has formerly acted as the child's foster parent that is intended to be permanent and self-sustaining as evidenced by the transfer by the court to the adult relative of the child of the authority necessary to ensure the protection, education, care and control, and custody of the child and the authority for decision making for the child.
Legal representative means a person who in law represents the estate of a deceased person, and includes any person who intermeddles with the estate of the deceased, and, where a party acts in a representative character, the person on whom the estate devolves on the death of the party so acting;
Family Trusts means, with respect to any individual, trusts or other estate planning vehicles established for the benefit of Family Members of such individual and in respect of which such individual serves as trustee or in a similar capacity.
Heirs means those persons, including the surviving spouse, who are entitled under the statutes of intestate succession to the property of a decedent.
Guardianship order means an order appointing a guardian.
Child or Children means a child or children unmarried
Immediate Family Member means a child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law, including adoptive relationships, of a natural person referred to herein.
widow means the surviving dependent widow of an employee who was wholly or partially dependent upon the employee's earnings at the time of the employee's death;
Qualified Domestic Relations Order means any judgment, decree, or order, including approval of a property settlement agreement, that:
Immediate Family Members means with respect to any individual, such individual’s child, stepchild, grandchild or more remote descendant, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, former spouse, qualified domestic partner, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law and daughter-in-law (including adoptive relationships) and any trust, partnership or other bona fide estate-planning vehicle the only beneficiaries of which are any of the foregoing individuals or any private foundation or fund that is controlled by any of the foregoing individuals or any donor-advised fund of which any such individual is the donor.
Family Member means spouse, father, mother, child, father-in-law, mother-in-law, daughter-in-law or son-in-law.
Successor personal representative means a personal representative, other than a special administrator, who is appointed to succeed a previously appointed personal representative.
legal personal representative means the personal or other legal representative of the shareholder;
Not Domestic Law means any obligation that is not governed by the laws of (A) the relevant Reference Entity, if such Reference Entity is a Sovereign, or (B) the jurisdiction of organisation of the relevant Reference Entity, if such Reference Entity is not a Sovereign.
Family Trust means, with respect to any natural Person, a trust, limited partnership or limited liability company benefiting solely such individual and/or the Family Members of such individual.
