Test Use – Integrated Software Sample Clauses

Test Use – Integrated Software. If Ordering Activity is permitted to receive a Test of an Appliance, Trend Micro grants Ordering Activity for such Test Use, a no charge, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, revocable Test Use license (only) to the Integrated Software that may ONLY be installed and used on the Hardware forming a part of the Appliance shipped to Ordering Activity by or on behalf of Trend Micro. Sections 2.1 and 2.2 of the Agreement are merged into and superseded by this Section 3.2 with respect to Integrated Software used in connection with a Test.
