Test Tenant Sample Clauses

The 'Test Tenant' clause defines the rights and obligations related to a tenant who occupies a property temporarily for the purpose of testing or evaluating the premises before entering into a full lease agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the duration of the test period, the permitted uses of the property during this time, and any conditions or limitations on the tenant's activities. Its core function is to allow prospective tenants to assess the suitability of the property for their needs while providing the landlord with clear terms governing this trial occupancy, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes.
