Test Reports, Confidentiality Sample Clauses

The 'Test Reports, Confidentiality' clause establishes that any test reports generated or shared between parties are to be treated as confidential information. Typically, this means that the receiving party must not disclose the contents of the test reports to third parties and must use them only for purposes specified in the agreement, such as product evaluation or compliance verification. This clause serves to protect sensitive technical or business information contained in test reports, ensuring that proprietary data is not improperly disclosed or misused.
