Test The outer surface of the lamp lenses shall be subjected once or more than once to the action of the sand jet produced as described above. The jet shall be sprayed almost perpendicular to the surface to be tested. The deterioration shall be checked by means of one or more samples of glass placed as a reference near the lenses to be tested. The mixture shall be sprayed until the variation in the diffusion of light on the sample or samples measured by the method described in Appendix 2, is such that: Δ d = (T5 - T4) / T2 ≤ 0.0250 ± 0.0025 Several reference samples may be used to check that the whole surface to be tested has deteriorated homogeneously. Test Report The testing laboratory shall prepare a written report indicating the drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites tested for, the types of tests conducted, and whether the test produced negative or positive test results, and the testing laboratory shall disclose that report to the Appointing Authority within three working days after obtaining the final test result.
Statistical Sampling Documentation a. A copy of the printout of the random numbers generated by the “Random Numbers” function of the statistical sampling software used by the IRO.
Test requirements 3.1. The limits apply throughout the frequency range 30 to 1,000 MHz for measurements performed in a semi anechoic chamber or an outdoor test site.
Drug Test Results 1. All records pertaining to department-required drug tests shall remain confidential, and shall not be provided to other employers or agencies without the written permission of the person whose records are sought. However, medical, administrative, and immediate supervisory personnel may have access to relevant portions of the records as necessary to insure the acceptable performance of the officer's job duties.
Test Reports Should a test report (“Test Report”) be required on the purchase order, the Test Report must be signed or stamped by an authorized representative of the supplier. It must contain, as a minimum, supplier name and address, Buyer part number, purchase order number, quantity, date shipped, heat/lot number, all acceptance criteria for specification and list all of the specifications i.e. MIL-P, AMS, ASTM, etc. which would apply to the shipment. All material shipped is to be the latest revision available. All Test Reports to reference revision level of material shipped.
Test Samples The Contractor is responsible for providing Samples of sufficient size for test purposes and for coordinating such tests with the Work Progress Schedule to avoid delay.
Test Energy Company shall use reasonable efforts to accept test energy that is delivered as part of the normal testing for generators (such as energy delivered to Company during the Control System Acceptance Test but not during the Acceptance Test), provided Seller shall use reasonable efforts to coordinate such normal testing with Company so as to minimize adverse impacts on the Company System and operations. Company shall not compensate Seller for test energy.
Test procedure The engine speed shall be gradually increased from idle to the target engine speed, not exceeding the tolerance band of ±3 per cent of the target engine speed, and held constant. Then the throttle control shall be rapidly released and the engine speed shall be returned to idle. The sound pressure level shall be measured during a period of operation consisting of a maintaining constant engine speed of 1 second and throughout the entire deceleration period. The maximum sound level meter reading during this period of operation, mathematically rounded to the first decimal place, is taken as the test value.
Test Results The employer, upon request from an employee or former employee, will provide the confidential written report issued pursuant to 4.9 of the Canadian Model in respect to that employee or former employee.
