Test Period. If the Contract provides for a test period, Customer may terminate the Contract within seven (7) calendar days of the conclusion of the Contract. In such a case, Customer shall be provided with a refund of any prepaid, unused fees (if any) paid to TeamViewer for the applicable Software that is subject to the test period.

During a test period, the Customer will be required to use the highest level of access security available within the Services being evaluated, even if those features are optional under a full subscription, this may include access restricted to nominated IP addresses and 2-factor login authentication.
