Test License. Should the Customer require test (“Test”) license rights, then Test Software license(s) for the Software (“Docentric Server” in case of Microsoft Dynamics AX, or “Docentric AX Plug-in” in case of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations) must be purchased in accordance with this Clause 3.6.

3.2. Interested parties are obliged to comply with the provisions of these GTC in full - as far as they are applicable to the test license.

1. use the Software for testing purposes for a period of not more than 30 calendar days from the time of receipt or download on every computer (a) within the legal entity of the licensee and (b) which participates in the testing.
2. use the Software on a network, provided that each legal entity accessing the Software through the network must have a copy licensed to that legal entity. You agree to provide Inventivio with feedback regarding results of testing, including any non-conformance of the Licensed Software found during the term of this License Agreement. Upon expiration of the test period, you must erase the Licensed Software from all computers it was installed on and destroy all copies. Under no circumstances may the Test Software be used for commercial purposes.
Test License. This includes all rights and responsibilities associated either with the Enterprise License or the Company License for a limited amount of time. Licensee may not use WECO E-Commerce in a productive environment.
Test License. If you have received the Licensed Software directly from the Licensor or its website with the express purpose of pre-release testing and providing feedback to Inventivio GmbH, then the terms and conditions for a Test License as set forth in this document apply.
