Test Interruption Clause Samples
The Test Interruption clause defines the procedures and rights related to pausing, suspending, or stopping a test or trial before its scheduled completion. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which a test may be interrupted, such as safety concerns, technical failures, or regulatory requirements, and specifies the responsibilities of each party in such events. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties understand how interruptions will be managed, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring safety and compliance during testing activities.
Test Interruption. Test runs are not required to be continuous, but shall occur within the same 72 hour period, in order to assure that the Unit 6 configuration and the test conditions are relatively similar. The Owner may waive this requirement.
