Test Flight Sample Clauses
The Test Flight clause establishes the terms under which a product, typically an aircraft or related system, undergoes trial operations before final acceptance or delivery. It outlines the procedures, responsibilities, and safety requirements for conducting these test flights, such as who may participate, what conditions must be met, and how results are documented. This clause ensures that the product meets agreed-upon performance and safety standards, thereby reducing the risk of defects and clarifying the process for resolving any issues discovered during testing.
