Common use of Test Fees Clause in Contracts

Test Fees. If the Pipeline User requests a test pursuant to the Agreement, the Tubridgi Parties will not have to conduct that test if the Pipeline User has not paid (or, where permitted by the Tubridgi Parties, agreed to pay) the Tubridgi Parties a test fee of an amount equal to the cost of the test or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever amount is lesser.
