TEST DETERMINATION. If GRC determines that Test Marketing has been unsuccessful, then GRC shall, within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of such Test Marketing, either (i) terminate this Agreement, or (ii) take appropriate corrective action. For purposes of this Agreement, "Corrective Action" shall mean such steps GRC may propose to alter the Infomercial or the pricing of the Products or otherwise stimulate sales of the Products.
