Test Dates Clause Samples
Test Dates. Seller shall provide SCE with seven (7) Business Days’ Notice of Seller’s proposed dates for the Initial Commercial Operation Test. SCE shall confirm the dates in writing prior to the first date of the Test. Seller may, but is not required to, schedule the Initial Commercial Operation Test to occur during any test performed by or for the EPC Contractor.
Test Dates. Seller is responsible for scheduling each Contract Capacity & Ancillary Service Test on five (5) consecutive days (unless SCE determines in its sole discretion that more or less time is needed) that are acceptable to SCE and that fall between June 15 and September 30 of the Contract Year in which the Test is requested. The date of any such Test shall be confirmed in writing by SCE to Seller prior to the date of the Test. The Parties should attempt but are not required to schedule such Test on days that SCE will or is likely to dispatch the Storage Unit.
Test Dates. Applicants may take the CPT at any SPC test center on a walk-in basis by way of a referral from their high school guidance counselor. Specific test administration dates for testing at a high school may be arranged by SPC testing staff and each high school. Test administration dates may include partial administration (until entire battery is given) of the test or complete battery administration.
Test Dates. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, each of the Borrower and the Lenders acknowledge and agree that the Borrower's compliance with the financial covenants set forth in this subsection 7.6 shall be tested on a quarterly basis, commencing with the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2004.

Test Dates. The Buyer shall be entitled to test compliance by the Seller with its Coverage Ratio obligations pursuant to this Clause 19 (Coverage Ratios) on any of the following dates (each a 'Test Date'):
(a) each Semi-Annual Date;
(b) upon (and any date falling after) the occurrence of any Default or Event of Default which is continuing; and
(c) on any other date as reasonably requested by the Buyer provided that the Buyer shall not deliver more than two (2) such requests in a calendar year to the Seller.
