Test Dates. Seller shall provide SCE with seven (7) Business Days’ Notice of Seller’s proposed dates for the Initial Commercial Operation Test. SCE shall confirm the dates in writing prior to the first date of the Test. Seller may, but is not required to, schedule the Initial Commercial Operation Test to occur during any test performed by or for the EPC Contractor.
Test Dates. Seller is responsible for scheduling each Contract Capacity & Ancillary Service Test on five (5) consecutive days (unless SCE determines in its sole discretion that more or less time is needed) that are acceptable to SCE and that fall between June 15 and September 30 of the Contract Year in which the Test is requested. The date of any such Test shall be confirmed in writing by SCE to Seller prior to the date of the Test. The Parties should attempt but are not required to schedule such Test on days that SCE will or is likely to dispatch the Storage Unit.
Test Dates. Applicants may take the CPT at any SPC test center on a walk-in basis by way of a referral from their high school guidance counselor. Specific test administration dates for testing at a high school may be arranged by SPC testing staff and each high school. Test administration dates may include partial administration (until entire battery is given) of the test or complete battery administration.
Test Dates. The Buyer shall be entitled to test compliance by the Seller with its Coverage Ratio obligations pursuant to this Clause 19 (Coverage Ratios) on any of the following dates (each a 'Test Date'):
(a) each Semi-Annual Date;
(b) upon (and any date falling after) the occurrence of any Default or Event of Default which is continuing; and
(c) on any other date as reasonably requested by the Buyer provided that the Buyer shall not deliver more than two (2) such requests in a calendar year to the Seller.
Test Dates. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Loan Parties and the Lenders acknowledge and agree that the Loan Parties' compliance with the financial covenants set forth in this subsection 7.6 shall be tested on a quarterly basis, commencing with the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2006.

Test Dates. For purposes of the Loan Documents:
(1) the LTV Ratio shall be tested only (A) as of the end of each fiscal quarter on the date on which calculations thereof are delivered in a Compliance Certificate pursuant to Section 8.1(b), (B) on a pro forma basis as of the date of any prepayment or other action taken to cause the LTV Ratio to be less than or equal to the Maximum LTV Ratio, (C) on the date on which any Financial Covenant Certificate is delivered pursuant to Section 8.1(c) and/or any Compliance Certificate is delivered pursuant to Section 8.1(b)(y), (D) (i) on a pro forma basis on the date of the making of any Distribution for purposes of testing the conditions set forth in Section 9.10, and (ii) on a pro forma basis on the date of the making a proposed withdrawal or transfer of funds for purposes of testing the conditions set forth in Section 9.12, and (E) on a pro forma basis for purposes of demonstrating the cure of any Potential Default or Event of Default as a result of any Maximum LTV Ratio Breach in accordance with this Credit Agreement, including after giving effect to any prepayments made pursuant to Section 2.1(d); and
(2) the Interest Coverage Ratio shall be tested only (A) as of the end of each fiscal quarter on the date on which calculations thereof are delivered in a Compliance Certificate pursuant to Section 8.1(b) and (B) on a pro forma basis for purposes of demonstrating the cure of any Potential Default or Event of Default caused by a breach of Section 9.17(b).
Test Dates. Contractor is responsible for scheduling such Test, which shall be conducted at days and times which have the least negative financial impact to the District with respect to the District’s utility tariff as communicated to Contractor by District. The date of any such Test shall be confirmed in writing by District to Contractor prior to the date of the Test. The Parties should attempt but are not required to schedule such Test on days that District will or is likely to dispatch the ▇▇▇▇ unless agreed to by District in advance. In addition to any Tests initiated by Contractor, District has the right to request that a Test be conducted no more than three (3) times in any 365 day-period.
